SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Times & Rates:
We offer standard tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the dispatch date. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free delivery available on qualifying promotional orders.
Customs & Duties:
All items sent to UK addresses are delivered with no additional hidden customs duties or fees for the customer upon arrival.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Return Window:
We want you to love your pieces from Lumine Edit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.
Condition for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as pierced earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
